Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Preorders

Preorders cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. If you need to change your order, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Preordered items are not guaranteed to arrive on the originally estimated release date because release dates and availability are controlled by manufacturers and suppliers.
